Why I Will Never Drink Regular Coffee Again

I spend a lot of time at local cafés.  I have to admit, I love the aroma of coffee and the cozy little cafe’ environment.  I love meeting my friends there to catch up on life as well as meeting new people to spark up conversation. 

I have a few favorite spots that I like to visit a lot.  Sometimes I go just to work, do research or people watch. 

The funniest thing is that no matter how much I love going to cafés, I don’t drink regular coffee anymore.  I usually bring my own.  I may buy a pastry or two but I usually just ask for water to sip on.  I know it seems odd but it is true, I just can’t get myself to do it.

When I used to drink regular coffee I would get tension headaches and it literally started making me feel sick.  Many times, I would get the jitters so I just stopped drinking it all together until one day I was introduced to something new.

A friend of mine asked me to try a new breed of coffee and he called it “healthy”.  My first thoughts were, “Healthy?  Really?  How?”  I was intrigued and he started to tell me a little more about it.  He told me he would send me some to sample and I was looking forward to trying it.

So sure enough, the coffee came a few days later.  I opened the package and I was pleasantly surprised with the nice packaging.  On the box, it read “Gourmet Café Noir” aka Black Coffee and immediately, I thought “nice packaging” and I decided to sample it with an open mind.  He was generous enough to send me a whole box.

I opened the box and inside were 30 individually packaged black coffee sachets.  He mentioned to me that they were packaged this way because there was a special herb called Ganoderma infused with the coffee and it that was what made the coffee really special.  I liked the concept and I liked the fact it was already measured and ready to mix. 

I opened the sachet and I poured the contents into my mug and I noticed the grain was very fine like powder.  I was expecting it to look crystallized but it wasn’t.  It had a nice scent and no obvious or abnormal scent of the Ganoderma mushroom. 

I normally drink my coffee with a little cream and sugar, so I mixed it in with hot water and took my first sip.  Hmmm, it had a very nice flavor.  It was very smooth and rich without the thickness. 

Definitely didn’t taste like any other instant coffee I ever had before.  I was pleasantly surprised.  I finished the coffee and proceeded with my day.

About an hour later, I noticed that my energy level picked up.  I felt more energized and alert with no headache and no jitters.  I assumed it was the coffee.  I was working fast and more focused. 

I spent a lot of time on the phone that day and I realized my mood was enhanced since the morning.  I was laughing a lot and just had a great feeling.  I couldn’t explain it without sounding strange but the coffee made me feel happy.

Later that day, my friend called me to check if I received the samples and immediately thanked him.  I told him how I felt and what I thought of the taste.  I told him that I really liked the taste and so far, I felt fantastic!  He chuckled a bit and he was confident that it was the coffee.  I told him to check back with me again in a few days so I can test it out for a couple more days.

My Observation:

Day 1 – I had one cup of coffee and I was up all day until late that night.  I had more energy, more focus and mood enhanced.  I had no headache and no jitters.  I felt like I didn’t run out of steam at all but when it was time to sleep, I was knocked out. 

Day 2 – I woke up and got up without hesitation.  That alone was definitely different because normally, it took me much longer to actually get out of bed.  I got ready for the day and I made my first cup of healthy coffee for the day.  Again, shortly after, my energy level was high and I was alert and focused and no headaches and no jitters.  My mood was great and I was feeling so good that it felt like I had some new found motivation that was rediscovered.

As I continued to research it further, pages and pages of articles came up about the great health benefits of Ganoderma Lucidum.  There were many awesome health testimonials associated with it as well.  I was encouraged with what I found and the positive side effects I was experiencing for myself in the first 2 days several of the benefits stated.

After two weeks of drinking this healthy coffee, I was confident to say that the changes were pretty significant.  I had more energy, more alert and focused.  My mood was enhanced and I noticed I dropped a few pounds.  I was also sleeping so much better and waking up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

After a couple months had passed, I still felt the same great effects and I lost even a few more extra pounds.  I am sure if it was the healthy coffee.  I have also noticed my immune system has improved because I have not been sick when normally I get colds frequently. 

Please keep in mind that this is my own personal testimony and because of it, my husband and I decided to join the healthy coffee business.

Today, I have 100% belief in this product because I know what it has done for me and it tastes great!  On top of all of that it is affordable.  The retail price averages $1.13-$1.70 a serving depending on which flavor you buy.  It is much more affordable than the $3-$5 dollar coffee you will pay when you buy from the expensive Starbucks franchises plus it is healthier.

As a healthy coffee distributor, I am now building a team and making money while sharing and drinking the same healthy coffee that I have grown to love.  I don’t know about you but it made total sense to me. 

For all these reasons, I will never drink regular coffee again.  I only drink Organo Gold healthy coffee.
